  • Axtec’s full product suite — PaySure, Axtec IQ, Proffer and MyHomeVault — will be integrated directly inside several of MRI’s Australian solutions, including Property Tree, Vault, Eagle and Box & Dice, placing Axtec’s products at the point where property transactions actually happen
  • Axtec has been granted Gold-tier status in MRI’s global Partner Program, with commercial terms including an annual program fee and referral fees payable by MRI on customers introduced by Axtec
  • The partnership provides a significant new distribution channel across large agent networks and high transaction volumes nationwide, removing the cost of winning agencies one at a time
  • Integration is underway immediately, commencing with PaySure inside Property Tree, MRI’s Australian property management solution, with the remaining products following under an agreed phased rollout
  • Axtec retains full ownership of its products, integrations and AI assets under the agreement
  • Each product attachment generates durable, recurring and higher margin revenue — PaySure on every payment and advance, Axtec IQ via recurring per-seat software revenue, Proffer on listing and sale conversions, and MyHomeVault via referral revenue across the life of home ownership

Overview:

Axtec has secured what is arguably its most significant commercial milestone to date, signing a three-year Master Partnership Agreement with MRI Software Australia — one of the country’s most widely used real estate software providers — that embeds Axtec’s full product suite directly inside the platforms Australian agencies already use every day.

MRI holds a leading position across both sides of the Australian real estate industry, with its Property Tree platform managing a significant percentage of Australia’s rental properties and its sales CRM solutions including Vault, Eagle and Box & Dice supporting agencies across a substantial share of residential transactions nationwide. By gaining integration access to that combined installed base through a single relationship, Axtec achieves the kind of distribution reach that would otherwise require winning thousands of individual agency relationships — a fundamentally different and more scalable commercial model.

In practice, the partnership embeds Axtec’s products at the precise workflow points where payment and transaction activity occurs. PaySure appears on invoices when landlords need to pay for repairs or advertising, with Axtec earning on every payment and advance. Axtec IQ, the Company’s AI assistant for trust accounting and client communications, generates recurring per-seat software revenue inside the agency’s existing software environment. Proffer mines an agency’s existing database to surface unlisted sellers and buyers, earning as those leads convert to listings and sales. MyHomeVault keeps the homeowner connected to their agency long after settlement, generating referral revenue across the full life of home ownership. Each product is designed to attach to activity that already happens inside MRI’s solutions, building toward durable, recurring and higher-margin revenue as adoption builds across MRI’s installed base.

Integration testing is already underway, starting with PaySure inside Property Tree, with the remaining products following under an agreed plan. Axtec retains full intellectual property ownership of all products, integrations and AI assets under the agreement.

Company Notes:

Axtec Chief Executive Officer, Rob Towey, commented: “This partnership is a significant milestone for Axtec and strong validation of both our strategy and our products. Embedding our full suite inside the products Australian agencies already use every day is exactly the pathway we set out to build, and working alongside a partner of MRI’s scale gives us reach we could not achieve winning agencies one at a time. We’re very excited to partner with MRI to bring some genuinely unique offerings to the Australian real estate market.”

MRI Senior Director — Ecosystem Strategy, Data & Innovation APAC, Dr. Sarah Bell, commented: “Connected ecosystems are increasingly important to how the real estate industry delivers better outcomes. This partnership supports MRI’s commitment to providing clients with broader access to complementary solutions that enhance our offering and create value across the industry.”
