Highlights:

– Bonanza intercept: 1m @ 245.5 g/t Au from 22m in hole KGC12Additional significant shallow intercepts include:

    • 17m @ 1.53 g/t Au from 12m
    • 13m @ 2.25 g/t Au from 41m
    • 15m @ 1.68 g/t Au from 36m
    • 14m @ 1.05 g/t Au from 14m
    • 13m @ 1.37g/t Au from 57m (KGC15)
    • 11m @ 2.37g/t Au from 16m (KGC17)
    • 11m @ 1.51g/t Au from 1m (KGC20)

    – Results from 1995 drilling by Sipa Exploration NL confirm high-grade gold mineralisation at shallow depths

    – Victoria South represents a direct southern extension of the London-Victoria Gold Mine, which hosts a 115koz Mineral Resource

    – Mineralisation associated with a shear zone, supported by surface anomalism

    – Tenure issues now resolved under Exploration Licence EL7242

    Overview:

Adavale Resources has uncovered exceptional gold grades at the Victoria South prospect through re-evaluation of historical drill data. The standout 1m @ 245.5 g/t Au intercept (KGC12) from just 22m depth demonstrates the potential for high-grade extensions to the known London-Victoria system.

Multiple other holes returned solid widths of gold mineralisation starting from near-surface, indicating a robust and continuous mineralised shear zone. These results align with surface geochemical anomalies and reinforce the prospectivity immediately south of the existing 115,000-ounce London-Victoria Resource (as per the May 2025 ASX announcement).

The intercepts are reported as downhole lengths and are interpreted as being perpendicular to the mineralised structure, providing a reliable indication of true width in this setting. With previous tenure constraints now lifted, Adavale is well-positioned to advance exploration at this high-priority target.

London-Victoria Gold Mine – Next Steps

    • Brownfields drilling

o Systematic “drill out” underway to expand and upgrade existing mineralisation and support ongoing Mineral Resource growth.

    • Metallurgical testing

o Preliminary metallurgical sighter test work to assess recoveries and support future development studies.

    • Preliminary scoping studies

o Early-stage technical and economic assessments to evaluate development pathways and inform project prioritisation.

    • Geophysical surveys

o High-resolution airborne geophysics to refine structural interpretation, improve targeting accuracy and prioritise follow-up drilling

Greenfields Exploration – Regional Targets -Next Steps

    • Geophysical surveys

o Extension of high-resolution magnetics at Ashes, into the newly acquired exploration tenure to assist target generation associated with the IP anomalism and high-grade
      surface sampling.

    • Surface geochemistry

o Extension of systematic soil and rock-chip programs at Ashes, into the newly acquired exploration tenure to generate new anomalies and rank targets for drilling.

    • First-pass drilling

o Initial drill testing of priority greenfields targets generated from geophysics and geochemistry to pursue new discoveries.

    Company Notes:

Adavale Resources Managing Director, Mr. David Ward, commented:

“The validation of historical drilling at Victoria South confirms the opportunity for a southern extension of the London–Victoria mineralised system, with multiple shallow, high-grade intercepts supporting strong continuity along strike. The prospect fits directly within our evolving structural model, and with drone magnetics extending into this area, we are well positioned to refine targets in advance of drilling.

Victoria South represents a priority near-mine opportunity with potential to deliver additional shallow ounces to support ongoing Mineral Resource growth.”

Adavale Resources Executive Chairman and CEO, Mr. Allan Ritchie, commented:

“Results from the Victoria South Prospect reinforces the strong momentum building across the Parkes Copper-Gold Project, with shallow high-grade results including a bonanza grade intercept of 1m @ 245.5g/t Au from 22m highlighting the quality of mineralisation emerging along strike. With multiple workstreams advancing in parallel, we are rapidly building scale at London–Victoria while continuing to unlock new opportunities across the broader project.”
